Madelynn Nayga

Madelynn joined B12 Consulting as an AI Developer in February 2025. She holds a Master's degree in Physics from the University of the Philippines - Diliman, where she specialized in path integral techniques in quantum mechanics. While pursuing her degree, she worked as a Physics Instructor and Researcher at the same university. She later expanded her academic path with a Postgraduate Diploma in condensed matter physics from the Abdus Salam International Centre for Theoretical Physics in Trieste, Italy. She then pursued doctoral research in Theoretical Condensed Matter Physics at Technische Universität Dresden in Germany, focusing on novel phases in strain-engineered quantum magnets.

Her work in condensed matter physics, particularly in studying complex many-body systems, ignited her interest in artificial intelligence. She aims to apply her analytical and problem-solving skills to real-world challenges, leveraging her physics background to tackle complex, tangible problems. With a keen eye for detail and a strong ability to translate data into meaningful insights, she thrives in collaborative environments, effectively communicating complex ideas to drive informed decision-making and collective success.

Outside of work, Madelynn enjoys dancing—especially hip-hop, salsa, and bachata. She also fell in love with hiking after moving to Europe and enjoys exploring mountains and national parks.
